Packers

We offer an extensive line of plastic packer bottles to meet the packaging needs of pharmaceutical and nutritional supplement customers. Their wide-mouth design makes for convenient filling and dispensing. Packer bottles are produced in PET or HDPE to meet the specific material and barrier property requirements of the application. Choose from capacities ranging from 25 cc – 950 cc. All packers are recyclable and can be produced with post-consumer recycle (PCR) content upon request.

PET Packer Bottles

We pioneered the first glass-to-plastic conversions for amber pill bottles to reduce packaging weight while improving consumer safety. PET was chosen as a strong, lightweight resin that resembles glass, but is inherently shatter-resistant. PET packer bottles are a popular choice in the over-the-counter and nutraceutical markets for packaging gummies, tablets, and capsules due to their superior barrier properties. They are available in a wide assortment of colorful, transparent colors, ideal for brand marketing and delivering strong shelf appeal.

• Also available with HingeGard® neck finishes.

• Meets USP 671 tight container protocol for moisture vapor and oxygen transmission

HDPE Packer Bottles

Our HDPE Packer Bottles are designed for convenient filling and dispensing of tablets, capsules, and soft gels, making them popular in the pharmaceutical, over-the-counter, and nutraceutical markets. HDPE resin gives them impact resistance and a strong moisture barrier.
